Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders for items stocked at AMT Equestrian are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The following products ship directly from our suppliers. The usual time that you can expect your order to take is 7-10 days. Occasionally orders take longer. If your order is likely to take longer than 14 days we will let you know and you may wish to choose a different colour that is immediately available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days please contact us.
Items shipped from direct from supplier:
- Rope Halters
- Lead ropes
- Rope Reins
- Rope Mecates
Leather Bridles are custom made when you order. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your bridle (it’s usually faster). If your order is likely to take longer than 4 weeks we will contact you.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping is free within Australia.
If you require express postage please contact us.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Order tracking is available should your shipment be delayed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get your tracking number.
AMT Equestrian Services is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
